This cake requires only a few ingredients and only a few steps yet the result seems so decadent, spongy and soft. Apples provide great texture. The Recipe is not super sweet, which is one of the reasons we liked it so much.
We did find that ours took a little less time to bake than suggested in the recipe so best to check yours early so you don’t over bake your cake.
