Fresh-pressed cider
Unfortunately, we won’t have any cider this fall (2022)
Mother nature gifted us with a hail storm this summer that took out our apples. Come on! But, sometimes that is how it works in Nebraska. We will rebuild/replant.
What’s in our cider? It’s a simple recipe — Just apples and more apples. No added sugar, no added water. Speaking of recipes, here is one for apple cider donuts – good stuff!
Our cider is NOT pasteurized, so it is important to keep it refrigerated. We are told that for those looking to do a bit of home brewing it is perfect for hard cider
And, if you wonder why our slushies taste so good . . . it all starts out with this great cider.
Fun Fact: It takes over 30 apples to make a gallon of cider.
